GWO Holidays : Visa, Schengen, and Consultation Refund Policy

At GWO Holidays, we strive to deliver exceptional services. However, we understand that plans can change, and cancellations may be necessary. Please review the following policy for refunds related to Visa, Schengen, and Consultation services.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Services Already Submitted for Processing:

If your passport and/or supporting documents have been received by GWO Holidays and submitted for processing at the time of Cancellation , no refunds will be issued.

  1. Services Not Yet Submitted for Processing:

If your passport and/or supporting documents have been received but not yet submitted for processing, a refund will be issued for the Embassy or U.S. Department of State fees only.

  1. No Documents Submitted:

If you have not yet sent your passport and supporting documents and wish to cancel, a partial refund will be provided. This refund will deduct a processing charge of AED 150–250.

  1. Electronic Visa, Schengen Consultation, & Simplified Consultation: For cancellations of these services, you will receive a partial refund equal to the difference between any fees paid and a processing charge (AED 175).

Refund Process

  • Cancellation requests can be made via our support email or customer service hotline.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Refund requests for payments older than three months cannot be processed under any circumstances.
  • Please refer to our Refund Policy Parameters for a detailed breakdown of refund calculations.

Processing Time

  • Visa processing times quoted by GWO Holidays are approximations based on standard timelines provided by embassies and consulates.
  • Processing time calculations vary depending on the service chosen:
    • The next business day after documents are received for “Same Day” and “Next Day” processing options.
    • The following day after submission to the embassy for other processing options.
  • Consulates and/or the US Department of State may:
    • Request additional documents.
    • Delay or deny processing at their discretion without explanation.
  • GWO Holidays is not responsible for any:
    • Delays
    • Cancellations
    • Financial losses
    • Other issues arising from denial or delay in processing from GWO or the Department of State

  • We reserve the right to decline processing of documents due to incomplete submissions, insufficient time for processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
